Our CrossFit classes have a new program each day called the Workout of the Day or WOD. These workouts are constantly varied and focus on the ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Each WOD will typically require the full scheduled hour. The WODs can be scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and allow performance at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
