CrossFit is a fitness program that was originally designed for Police, Fire and Military but is equally effective for everyone from grandmothers to professional athletes. Workouts are completed in groups and coached by Certified CrossFit Trainers. You won’t find any treadmills or mirrors in a CrossFit gym, which is called a “box.”
This program is created for those who are interested in competing in higher level competitions and seek to add additional training volume and intensity to their regular training schedule. This program, led by Bradley Pritchard (3x CrossFit Games Regionals Competitor and CrossFit Games Masters Athlete) seeks to provide more competitive athletes an opportunity to train and compete at an advanced level with athletes of a similar ability and mindset.
Following trial classes, all new members will work 1 on 1 with a coach before joining our regular CrossFit classes. These private fundamentals classes allow our coaches to speak with you individually regarding your personal goals, work with you on the more technical movements of CrossFit, and help prepare you to feel comfortable in our regular classes.
