How To Join

Step One
Fill out the Try a Free Class form to get started with your 3 Free Classes where you’ll be able to fill out our online waiver as well as select your class time.
Step Two
The day of your class, you will wear normal gym clothes and plan on arriving 10 minutes early.  You’ll get signed in, meet your coach, and have a chance to ask any initial questions you may have.
Step Three
After completing your Free Trial Classes, you can select from one of a few different membership options by clicking here.  If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, then you’ll be able to jump into regular classes immediately.  If you’re new or could use a refresher, we’ll set you up with one of our experienced coaches for a series of 1:1 private sessions where you’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements at your own pace.
