Fundamentals

Following trial classes, all new members will work 1 on 1 with a coach before joining our regular CrossFit classes. These private fundamentals classes allow our coaches to speak with you individually regarding your personal goals, work with you on the more technical movements of CrossFit, and help prepare you to feel comfortable in our regular classes. 

In addition to becoming more familiar with the various movements, our coaches will provide you with a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. 

Each class is scheduled at a time and date that works for you and your coach making it as convenient as possible for you.  Your coach will work with you to cover the movements at your own pace and is typically completed in 4 classes.
