Shoulder rolls w PVC x 20

3 sets:

10 ring rows

10 pushups (clapping if able)

10 jumping air squats

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 3-4, rotate through each station twice (2 rounds).

4 minutes per station each round:

1- 40′ Sled Push 90/45

2- Deadlift, 225/155

3- Assault Bike for cals

4- 40′ KB Farmers Carry, 32/24kg
– Sled and Farmers carry are 20′ down 20′ back = 1 rep
