50 Wall Ball Sit-ups, 14 lbs (passing the ball)

50 Burpees (partner holds ball)

50 Walking Lunges (holding ball)

Teams of 2 completes the work as follows (1 ball per team):

– The Wall Ball is your baby…don’t drop it…EVER (immediate 20 wall ball air squat penalty)

– Runs must be completed as a team

– Sit-ups are 1-1 passing ball
